Khanh Hoa is among a few localities
over the country which has organized a video-conference on Lunar New
Year occasion. Remarkably, the number of locations participating in the
video-conference has been increased to four. “Apart from big television
stations such as VTV and HTV, only a few local stations can organize a
live video-conference among four locations, especially with one location
is on a remote island like the Spratly Island,” said Director of KTV Le
Anh Vu.
The 2020 video-conference is an
activity to celebrate the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist
Party of Vietnam, the 90th anniversary of Khanh Hoa Province’s Party
Committee, and Lunar New Year 2020. The video-conference will include a
Party badge awarding ceremony for senior Party members; wishes to all
people in the province, especially the people and soldiers on Spratly
Island District; and music performances, etc.
The four locations were selected for
their roles or significant historical meanings in Khanh Hoa. Under the
theme “Under the glorious Party flag”, the art and music performances at
Khanh Hoa’s 2020 Lunar New Year video-conference have been arranged to
tell stories about the solidarity between workers and farmers, belief in
the Communist Party, Uncle Ho, sea and islands of Khanh Hoa. The
performances will be performed by the artists of Hai Dang Song and Dance
Troupe, some singers who used to join Vietnam’s Sao Mai singing
contest, and children from Khanh Hoa Children’s House.
